Kettelhut Real Estate is located in downtown Fairbury at 515 E ST.  We try to conform to the changing landscape of the Real Estate Business.  We stand on the basis that the "old school" office setting is no longer an effective or efficient way to serve our clients.  The office is not always "manned'; instead we are frequently out of the office serving the needs of our clients, showing or listing properties, appraising real estate, or working on an auction. With the ever-emerging technology of our world we are always available and best serve potential customers and clients when we are not in an office.
